Digital Full Arch Revolution: The Full Digital Protocol (3-Day Masterclass)
Dates: 20th-22nd November 2025
Venue: Southern Implants UK, 1, Ilex House, 94 Holly Rd, Strawberry Hill, Twickenham TW1 4HF
Cost: £2495 Early Bird until 20th September (£3250 thereafter)
Following prospective delegate feedback from our first DFAR course, we’ve reimagined the experience to go deeper and feel even more real. This 3-day masterclass includes extended theoretical teaching and hands-on model surgery using real patient data - including CBCT scans, clinical photographs, facial scans, wax-ups, and prosthetic guides. Delegates will plan and execute treatment on hyper-realistic jaw models, simulating the full journey from consultation to surgery. As before, each delegate will place and load a full arch with a custom-printed restoration, gaining live feedback on both their planning and clinical execution - bringing the full digital workflow to life.
Places are strictly limited to ensure individual support. Apply early to avoid disappointment.

DFAR: From Scan to Smile — A Complete Digital Full Arch Experience
Dr Gareth Jones and Dr Aly Virani present the next evolution of the Digital Full-Arch Revolution.
Building on the success of our previous sold-out courses, we’ve listened to delegate feedback and redesigned the experience from the ground up. This new 3-day format replaces cadaver surgery with a more complete, clinically realistic workflow—focused on mastering FP3 full arch treatment using real patient data, model surgery, and fully digital protocols.
Across three immersive days, delegates will plan and execute full-arch treatment on specially printed jaw models derived from CBCTs, clinical photos, facial scans, and wax-ups. The entire process—from planning and implant placement to immediate loading and prosthetic finishing—will be carried out by delegates, allowing for deep understanding and real-time feedback on how surgical decisions affect restorative outcomes.
You’ll learn how to:
• Place SP1 implants using modern, predictable protocols
• Explore advanced techniques including the palatal approach and pterygoid implants
• Use intraoral photogrammetry and in-house printing for same-day results
• Plan real patient cases tailored to your level and execute surgery with immediate loading on high-fidelity printed models
• Stain, glaze and finish your printed prosthesis—just as your nurse or technician might do in real practice
Interactive sessions with experienced dental technicians and full access to patient datasets make this course the most complete full-arch training program available. Whether you’re new to full-arch implants or ready to digitise your workflow, this course is designed to elevate your clinical outcomes and confidence.
The Learning Outcomes
By the end of the Digital Full Arch Revolution Masterclass, participants will be able to:
1. Plan FP3 full-arch cases using complete patient datasets - CBCT, clinical photographs, facial scans, and wax-ups - within a repeatable digital protocol.
2. Follow a clearly structured workflow that enables accurate, same-day design and delivery of printed full-arch restorations at the time of surgery.
3. Perform model-based surgery on 3D-printed jaws derived from real patients, simulating the full treatment sequence from planning to prosthesis.
4. Apply simplified surgical protocols for SP1 implant placement, flap design, and implant distribution to ensure predictable screw access and prosthetic outcomes.
5. Integrate advanced techniques - such as the palatal approach and pterygoid implants - into the digital planning and execution process using guided principles.
6. Master intraoral photogrammetry and in-house printing workflows to digitally produce restorations that are accurate, cleansable, and aesthetically refined.
7. Evaluate the relationship between surgical execution and prosthetic fit, using digital assessment tools and guided post-operative analysis.
8. Learn chairside protocols for staining, glazing, and finishing immediate restorations - demonstrating how dental teams can complete this workflow efficiently in-practice.
9. Collaborate with dental technicians using digital communication strategies and predefined design protocols for optimal restorative outcomes.
10. Use course-provided frameworks to audit, refine, and confidently implement full-arch digital workflows into their own clinical practice.
Passionate Teaching,
Transformative Implantology
Our passion for teaching drives us to transform how our delegates approach treatment planning and the philosophy behind implantology. We aim to inspire a profound shift in their clinical mindset, equipping them with advanced skills and innovative techniques. Our commitment is to ensure that each participant leaves with a comprehensive understanding and a renewed perspective on dental implants, ready to implement these changes in their practice for improved patient outcomes.
